Inside Account Manager - Toledo OH Entry Level - Sales/Customer Service As an Inside Account Manager you will be helping our customers and working with Outside Account Managers with food orders for some of the best restaurants around! This is an entry level position in sales with lots of opportunity to learn about the foodservice industry. Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Provide best in class, customer service to our customers across your assigned territory by being the first point of contact for their day to day needs.
• Manage customer accounts and generate additional sales growth for each account.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by working with an experienced sales team.
• Entering customer's orders into our sales order system.
• Attend sales and training meetings to keep up on new products and services.
• Partner alongside with our experienced Outside Account Managers.

Needed to Become Successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or related field - preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience - preferred.
• Working knowledge of the restaurant industry is very helpful. Did you work as a server or bartender in college? This is a great way to expand your skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills will aid you in this career.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must. You will be communicating with internal and external customers daily over the phone and computer.
• Comfortable with composing emails, spreadsheets, data entry and various sales application software.
