• 1+ years of door-to-door and in-home sales experience (solar, roofing, HVAC, home improvement, or similar industries preferred)
• Valid HIS License (preferred)
• Proven ability to close deals in a high-ticket sales environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Your Role
• Attend pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Present our top-tier solar solutions and close the deal in person.
• Guide customers through the solar process with confidence and expertise.
