Responsibilities What You 'll Do * Lead with intention by executing consistent weekly lead generation activities. * Host impactful open houses -- two per month to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties. * Convert opportunities into results by turning leads into signed clients through expert consultation. * Sharpen your edge through regular script practice, coaching sessions, and active participation in team initiatives. * Stay organized by maintaining best practices in Brivity to manage leads, listings, and timelines. * Serve sellers with expertise -- from pricing strategy and staging guidance to top-tier marketing and negotiation. * Support buyers every step of the way , guiding them from initial consultation to closing with clarity and care. * Negotiate smartly and strategically to secure the best outcomes for clients on both sides of the transaction.
