EMERY EQUIPMENT SALES & RENTALS, INC. Diesel Equipment Mechanic / Technician BOBCAT compact construction equipment & BANDIT chipper & stump grinder dealership has a career opportunity for both an experienced Road & Shop Technician in Baton Rouge, LA. Seeking detail oriented, self-starter that is organized and personable with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a passion for problem solving and customer service to join our team. Job Requirements: * Candidates should be experienced working on construction equipment with emphasis on diesel engines, hydraulic, and electrical systems * Must be able to diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine systems * Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics * Perform general maintenance on a variety of machines * Use computer for data input * Must have own tools. Specialty tools will be provided * Must have valid Driver's License with insurable driving record and pass pre-employment physical, drug and background screening * Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
