Audi and Porsche Beaverton are currently seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a Sales Lot Attendant. As a lot attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization and cleanliness of our dealership's vehicle inventory, as well as customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an orderly lot will contribute to the overall success and customer satisfaction of our dealership. * Responsibilities: * Organize and maintain the dealership's vehicle lot to ensure an attractive and accessible display of vehicles. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership. * Properly park and arrange vehicles in designated areas, following dealership guidelines. * Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. * Keep vehicle keys securely stored and organized. * Assist with vehicle transportation, such as moving vehicles to different areas of the dealership. * Conduct regular lot inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues. * Ensure all vehicles are equipped with the necessary documentation, such as registration and inspection stickers. * Perform light janitorial duties, including cleaning windows, removing trash, and sweeping * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. * Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. * Basic knowledge of automotive vehicles and their features. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Good physical stamina, as the role may involve walking, and standing * We offer the following benefits: * Competitive pay plan * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Life insurance * PTO after 90 days of employment * Paid Holidays * Career advancement opportunities * Paid training programs * Employee discount programs * 401K If you are looking for the opportunity to be a part of the Sunset Family dealership, then apply today! _ Sunset Imports is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to maintaining a Drug-Free Workplace.
