Seifert Transit Graphics, in Fairport, New York, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support our bid and procurement processes in the transit industry. This role involves tracking bid opportunities, managing sales leads, and coordinating vendor registrations to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail- oriented , with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment. Job Responsibilities: * Research and track bid and sales opportunities in the transit industry. * Manage bid-related communications, paperwork, and follow-ups. * Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely outreach. * Oversee vendor registrations and compliance certifications. * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support business growth. Requirements: * Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple bids and deadlines. * Excellent communication skills on the phone and using email for interacting with procurement teams, vendors, and internal teams. * Experience with CRM systems (Nutshell), ERP software (Plex), and bid portals preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required. * Experience in B2B sales or bid coordination is a plus. Our Ideal Candidate: * Is proactive and takes initiative in identifying opportunities. * Has strong attention to detail and can track bid statuses with accuracy. * Works well independently while also collaborating with internal teams. * Has prior experience in procurement, inside sales, or bid coordination (preferred but not required).
