Our outbound sales position is a very important one for our customers, our grandma and for you. Here is what you do all day every day: 1. Reach out to existing customers about our current offers and promotions in an effort to schedule as many appointments as possible. 2. Follow up on customers who have estimates and have not purchased. Our goal is to remind them that we are here, willing and able to complete their job when they are ready. This will also allow us to answer any questions they may have after the technician has left. 3. Reach out to our members and schedule their upcoming appointments for paid annual inspections. 4. Call our customers immediately after our technicians leave to find out how we did. That will allow us to improve but also to introduce you to them as the key person if they have any questions, comments or concerns. This position is a long term and very rewarding position for those who enjoy serving customers and taking control of peoples Total Home Care Needs. You must be driven and goal minded. You will be required to make a minimum of 125-150 phone calls per day. Being hyper organized and goal oriented is a huge plus. The pay comes with base pay of $15 per hour plus commission with an opportunity to make well over $25 with commissions.
