Olympic Athletic Club, Seattle's premiere fitness club located on historic Ballard Avenue, is looking for a dynamic and driven full-time Membership Sales Representative to introduce prospective members to our club, advise them on membership options, close sales, and provide exemplary member service. Here 's what we're looking for: * Passion - You're passionate about life, fitness, health and making a difference in the lives of others. * Sales Experience : You have worked in a sales role attaining revenue and unit goals is a plus, but not a requirement. * Relationship Builder : You are a networker and relationship builder who exudes warmth, is comfortable on the phone and doing external outreach, and isn't scarred to ask for the sale. * Customer Service : You have worked in a customer service role and are committed to providing top-notch customer service. * Traits : You are driven, determined, resourceful, and have a knack for multi-tasking. * Team Player : You're positive, flexible and respectful, love to support your co-workers and thrive on working with others to achieve goals. * Technology-savvy : You are comfortable with technology and are a quick study when it comes to learning new software. Responsibilities * Follow up with leads using email and phone calls. * Conduct tours to showcase the benefits and value of our membership programs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about our membership options. * Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using our CRM software. * Perform administrative tasks when required. * No cold calls!!
