In this role, you will meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to educate them on the advantages of transitioning to clean, renewable energy. This role requires flexibility, including availability on nights and weekends, to accommodate homeowners' schedules. Responsibilities: * Conduct pre-arranged consultations with homeowners, providing insights into the benefits of energy solutions. * Address any questions or concerns homeowners may have about energy efficiency and sustainability. * Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, establishing trust and helping them transition to clean energy. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers through networking and referrals. * Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay informed about industry advancements and best practices. Requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and foster trust with potential clients. * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. * Willingness to learn, adapt, and take guidance. * Goal-oriented with a commitment to success. * Availability to work evenings and weekends. * Previous experience in customer engagement or consulting is preferred but not required.
