Requirements: * Valid Driver's License (Required). * Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred). * Door-to-Door Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred). * Bilingual (Preferred). Job Description: * Assist homeowners in reducing utility costs with renewable energy solutions. * Travel throughout the area with the Sales team and canvas neighborhoods. * Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the energy transition process. * Daily responsibilities may include qualifying customers, managing leads, and closing contracts in-home. Compensation & Benefits: * Pay: $150,000 - $400,000 per year. * Bonuses: Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly incentives, with rewards such as company trips, self-development events, and contests. * Contract Type: 1099 contractor for tax purposes.
