Demonstrated Background * Prior success in a fast-paced learning and customer-focused environment. * Excel at learning and quickly adapt to rapidly changing situations. * History of high performance and possess great listening and questioning skills. * Mechanically inclined and have excellent problem-solving skills. * Experience working in a team environment, goal orientated, and a strong sense of urgency. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree required. * Experience with industrial end user and OEM accounts, consultative or solution selling helpful, but not required.
