Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building.
• Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results-oriented outcomes.
