Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support decision-making processes - Provide guidance and support to finance team members - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations - Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry - Solid mathematical skills for financial calculations and analysis - Experience in loan processing and the ability to negotiate loan terms - Familiarity with title processing procedures - Strong understanding of basic math principles for financial calculations - Ability to perform credit analysis to assess risk levels - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software If you are a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical abilities and a proven track record in finance management, we encourage you to apply.
