Job Title: Store Manager Location: Dallas, TX Company: Xclusive Trading Inc (Authorized Retailer for Metro by T-Mobile) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Xclusive Trading Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our Metro by T-Mobile retail locations in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about wireless technology, and experienced in retail sales and leadership. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and creating a positive and productive environment for both customers and staff. Compensation: * Base Pay: $30,000+ commission annually * Performance Bonuses & Incentives Available Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. * Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. * Monitor individual and team performance; set and track sales goals. * Manage inventory, cash handling, and compliance with Metro by T-Mobile policies. * Execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales. * Build a customer-focused environment that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. * Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively. * Maintain accurate store records, reports, and schedules. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college or business coursework preferred. * 2+ years of retail or wireless sales experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or management role. * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. * Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Comfortable using POS systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Experience with Metro by T-Mobile or wireless retail is strongly preferred.
