Our Entry Level Sales Associate is a fundamental component to our client's program and is responsible for communicating with AT&T's Customers on a daily basis, maintaining a relationship, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives. Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Sales Associate : * Work directly face to face with AT&T's customers to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies * Present products such as wireless devices, internet set ups, and even landlines to customers * Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty * Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and onboarding process * Assist the Upper Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients * Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently * Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications : * Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales * Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people * Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly * The ability to adapt to different situations and environments * Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills * A high degree of professionalism with impeccable communication skills * Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule Position Overview: * Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position * Pay: 100% commission - On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week * Location: This position will be based out of our office in San Diego and an assigned territory to cover.
