What You Bring

: - 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement or real estate is a plus) - Great people skills and the drive to win - Willingness to get hands-on - including crawling into tight spaces - A valid driver's license, a strong work ethic, and comfort with basic tech Why It Matters: Every home we fix makes a difference.
