* Corporate accounting assistance. * Manage general office needs, including opening and distributing mail. * Enter and send invoices, as well as tear sheets to customers. * Assist with weekly sales meetings. * Salesforce order entry, report management, agreement fulfillment. * Manage weekly production report / manifest. * Provide monthly event coordination support. * Participate in the "fun" committee for all staff meetings at the PBN office. * Coordinate and support employee onboarding and orientation. * Handle office administration tasks such as paying bills, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office organization and cleanliness. Requirements: Education: High School diploma - 2-year college degree preferred. Experience: Three to five years preferred. Specific Skills: Excel, word processing, Salesforce experience a plus; ability to learn new systems as needed. Compensation: $23 - $25 p/hour ($40,000 - $42,000 equivalent annual based on 32 hours p/w)
