Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner. * Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technologies * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations * Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly Qualifications: * Available to work five days a week (including Saturdays) with one weekend a month (off on Saturday) * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred * Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve * Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Previous experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Basic computer skills.
