Primary Objective of Position: Titan Hotel Group, a fast-growing hotel company, has an immediate opening for a Regional Director of Sales-Southern Region to be based out of our Corporate- Southern States office in Nashville, Tennessee. This position will be responsible for driving sales performance for soon to open upcoming properties under Titan Management in the south. This role involves incorporating and developing sales strategies for extended stay Marriott and Choice branded hotels. The position requires some travel.
Key Responsibilities
: Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Identifies and develop the sales plan for newly built extended stay hotels using brand guidelines.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across corporate, group, and transient segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and historical data, identify revenue opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with brand and corporate leadership to optimize pricing, promotions, and business mix. Revenue & Performance Management
- Partner closely with brand revenue management team to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies, ensuring optimal room rates, and market positioning to maximize RevPAR and overall revenue.
- Conduct pre and post opening sales activities including sales calls, sales blitzes, prospecting and cold calling.
- Continuously refine the sales strategies, adjusting to seasonal demand fluctuations, economic shifts, and evolving consumer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that all sales initiatives align with brand standards and revenue goals. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, group and travel industry partners. Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to corporate leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
& Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in hospitality, travel, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-location sales efforts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Marriott & Choice brand systems and STS. Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
