Are you a people person who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? ABR is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to be the welcoming face for one of our clients in Stevens Point--both on the phone and at the counter. In this dynamic role, you'll do more than just sales. You'll help customers bring their projects to life, support crews, manage orders, and play a key part in operations. If you're eager to learn, love working with people, and enjoy staying busy, this could be the perfect fit for you! Inside Sales Representative starting wage is $20 - $24 per hour. The company offers PTO, holiday pay and an IRA plan for benefits. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. What You 'll Be Doing: * Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and energy * Price and process customer projects and orders * Pull materials and help load orders for crews and walk-ins * Keep inventory organized and fitting rooms clean * Assist with outside sales calls, deliveries, and job site checks * Support sales staff with follow-through and implementation of orders * Maintain a clean and professional workspace--representing the company with pride!
