Job Overview One of my favorite partners is looking to bring on an Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you would be the primary point of contact for their managed IT clients. You'll build relationships, make sure their tech is running smoothly, and help them get the most out of their IT investments. They're looking for someone with systems administration experience, along with security and a good understanding of Windows servers, firewalls, M365 & Azure to be able to provide valuable insights and support! You will: * Conduct quarterly business reviews for network risk assessment and recommendations. * Coordinate with teams to follow up on support tickets. * Implement client-approved recommendations. * Assist with new client onboarding. * Identify service improvement and upselling opportunities.
