It is a hybrid position that can be worked anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Communicate effectively to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits administration. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and product offerings to better serve clients. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
