Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer
• Understand customer goals, and act as a trusted advisor
• Set up and optimize online profiles Skills and Experience
• Proven track record as customer facing account manager
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude a must
• Must be a team player and comfortable in a modern, open office environment
• B.A, B.S or equivalent experience in relevant field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
