Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Best Western Plus Mobile Inn & Suites and La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Mobile and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and account management, with proven leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing sales force. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and develop innovative sales strategies to expand our market presence. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share. * Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing accounts. * Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring the team effectively engages with potential clients and nurtures relationships. * Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns. * Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress against targets. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and account management. Qualifications * Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably in technology or technical sales. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements. * Demonstrated success in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
