Overview Coli Studios Inc is a leading provider of innovative housing solutions, specializing in the design and construction of casitas and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Our mission is to help homeowners maximize their property's potential while providing stylish, functional living spaces. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team and connect with potential customers in our community. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers in designated neighborhoods. * Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations about our casitas and ADUs, highlighting their benefits and features. * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns. * Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales. * Market Research: Gather insights about customer needs and competitor offerings to inform our sales strategy. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications: * Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. * Familiarity with casitas, ADUs, and the housing market is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Bilingual proficiency is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Shift: * Evening shift Ability to Relocate: * Phoenix, AZ 85004: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
