Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional sales experience by directly engaging with consumers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their everyday communication and online experience. We are looking for a Verizon Sales Assistant who can assist us in developing a more effective process and deep understanding of the local market. This will allow us to continue providing exceptional service to both our clients and their customers. Verizon Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Engage face-to-face with customers to introduce products and services and ensure that we can meet their needs and complete client sales * Provide excellent customer service through direct communication and follow-ups when connecting customers with Verizon's services and products * Work between all departments to ensure the most professional and knowledgeable sales plan possible with client goals in mind * Utilize company-provided tools to guide customers through the purchasing process and maintain confidential and accurate records * Remain involved in planning current and future sales campaigns with local preferences and assessments within the market Verizon Sales Assistant Qualifications and Qualities: * An interest in the telecommunications industry, sales, client relations, or customer service * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships * Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet and exceed sales targets * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred * Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but we provide hands-on training to help you succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
