Our clients come to our Beaverton showroom looking for help designing and planning their kitchen or bath remodel--and your job is to guide them through a simplified, efficient process that avoids stress, confusion, and costly mistakes. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Showroom Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales techniques and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Duties * Work in our showroom helping homeowners and trade partners with product selections and remodeling solutions * Guide clients through the full sales process--from initial walk-in to final purchase--making sure nothing falls through the cracks * Learn our streamlined approach to quoting, designing, and ordering remodeling materials (don't worry, we'll teach you) * Handle multiple appointments and follow-ups, since most sales cycles include several steps * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including layout design and merchandising. * Keep things organized and accurate to support a smooth handoff to our production/install team * Earn commissions as you build up product knowledge, repeat customers, and reoccurring accounts You 'll Do Well Here If You... * Enjoy helping people and doing detailed work that prevents problems down the road * You're patient, respectful, and enjoy developing genuine connections with both customers and colleagues. * Like the idea of a small, friendly team where people get close over time * Are comfortable working in-person and on your feet in a busy showroom * Can stay organized even when things get fast-paced * Value a steady career path over a rapid expansion * You're an adaptable learner. Work Environment & Schedule * In-Person Role: You will be working in our showroom in Beaverton, OR, alongside a friendly, close-knit team. * Schedule: The workday runs from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturdays being our busiest day.
