Duties * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Demonstrate proficiency in retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. * Uphold company standards for phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
