Job description Seeking an organized, detail oriented individual who can multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a bright, positive, flexible team player who possess the following skills and abilities: Experience necessary in all aspects of billing for a service and construction business. Entering labor hours and materials, purchase orders, packing lists, vendor invoices, typing and formatting customer invoices and follow up with customers. Payroll experience a plus. Proficient in typing and answering phones, using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook email. Experience in job costing programs, entering data from field technicians and all aspects of contracting business.
