Job description Seeking an organized, detail oriented individual who can multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a bright, positive, flexible team player who possess the following skills and abilities: Experience necessary in all aspects of billing for a service and construction business. Entering labor hours and materials, purchase orders, packing lists, vendor invoices, typing and formatting customer invoices and follow up with customers. Payroll experience a plus. Proficient in typing and answering phones, using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook email. Experience in job costing programs, entering data from field technicians and all aspects of contracting business. Applicant should
