As a key part of our store, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service and providing expert advice on the latest cell phone models, accessories, and mobile plans.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers and assess their needs to provide tailored recommendations for phones, plans, and accessories.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting new products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology and trends to offer expert guidance.
• Customer Support: Assist with product setup, and answer any questions related to mobile services.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience is a plus, especially in retail or technology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products in simple terms during the sales process.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). What We Offer:
