Sales Associate / Photographer Ka Moana Luau - Aloha Tower Event Photo Solutions LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team at our Ka Moana Luau location at Aloha Tower. What We Offer: * Flexible working hours * On-the-job training * Lively, energetic atmosphere * An opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing photo packages * Greet, guide and photograph guests attending the Luau * Package photographs * Provide exceptional customer service * Maintain a clean and organized sales area * Set up and break down sales/photography equipment * Meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications: * Strong communication skills * Basic math proficiency * Customer service experience is a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment * Eagerness to learn sales techniques * Multilingual skills are a plus * No prior photography experience required * Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality Job Details: * Luau runs daily every evening from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM * Shifts are typically from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with the possibility of leaving at 7:00 PM on many evenings * Availability during holidays is required * Immediate start available with flexibility for school schedules * Looking to hire employees that will be able to work during the summer Compensation: * Pay starts at $14.00 per hour, plus commission after 1 week * With commission, most employees earn between $18.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on guest attendance and individual performance Why Join Us?
