A day in the life. As our Unit Manager on the *Employee Health & Benefits *team, you'll provide leadership and supervision to an Employee Health & Benefits large group account management team, ensuring the retention and development of quality employees. You will guide your team, ensuring client service standards and internal account management processes and reporting requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner. You will execute departmental objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives. Our future colleague.
