Overview Sainato Insurance, LLC is looking for an energetic, personable insurance professional to join our team! We currently have two members on the team, and are looking to add a third. The ideal candidate will be professional, have a driven mindset with higher-than-average sales skills to match, and hold P&C as well as L&H insurance licensure in the state of Tennessee. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the existing customer base. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Service new and existing clients over the phone or in office. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our office's client database. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Participate in networking events and community outreach to promote the agency's services. Skills * Proven experience in insurance sales , demonstrating a strong ability to close deals. * Familiarity with sales administration processes to efficiently manage client accounts. * Proficiency in outside sales , with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Ability to analyze the market and identify potential opportunities for growth. * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike.
