Description: Woerner Turf and Landscape Supply of Baton Rouge, The Baton Rouge area's leading Wholesale and Retail Landscape Supply Outlet is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Customer Service Counter Professional, to join our winning team! Requirements: Duties will include but are not limited to: * Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers by phone, email, or online * Responding to customer telephone inquiries * Assisting online and walk-in customers in the selection of products based on their landscaping requirements. * Product merchandising * Receiving items into inventory and inventory management Ideal candidate possesses: * 3 - 4 years wholesale/retail sales experience, preferably within the landscape/garden supply/horticulture industry * Knowledge of landscape supply products would be a plus. Knowledge of sod varieties and a plus. * High energy * Well organized * Detail-oriented * Self-starter with excellent customer service skills * Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus Enhanced computer skills Experience in the Landscape Industry preferred.
