The Gig: What You'll Actually Be Doing Think of yourself as part customer champion, part detective, part guide. You'll: * Connect & Understand: Chat with customers about their accounts, asking smart questions to figure out the real story. * Solve the Puzzle: Analyze situations, find the root cause of payment hiccups, and craft win-win plans to get things back on track. * Build Bridges: Maintain positive, professional relationships, guiding customers towards that awesome feeling of paying off their vehicle. * Handle Curveballs: Tackle tough conversations with confidence, empathy, and a cool head. * Be the Guide: Clearly explain options and expectations, knowing when to offer support and when to stick to the agreement. * Make Smart Calls: Use your judgment to manage accounts effectively, recommending serious measures when absolutely necessary (it's the last thing we want!). * Juggle & Organize: Keep track of multiple accounts using our tech tools (you don't need to be a tech wizard, just comfortable!). * Be a Team Player: Work smoothly with the rest of our awesome crew.
