We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Moving Sales Person at All-Star Moving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in helping our clients transition smoothly during commercial moves. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads and build relationships with potential commercial clients by utilizing various prospecting methods. * Conduct site visits to assess moving needs and provide accurate estimates to clients. * Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the moving crew to ensure seamless execution of scheduled moves. * Follow up with clients post-move to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business. Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales role within the moving industry or a related field (minimum 2 years). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to assess client needs accurately and provide logical solutions. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Skills and Abilities * Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Physical Demands This role may require site visits and occasional physical activity such as walking through commercial spaces to assess moving requirements.
