Job Title: IAQ Sales Tech Employment Type: Full-time Location: Kent, Washington As an IAQ Sales Tech, you will be responsible for managing the team's performance to ensure they are delivering high-quality services and meeting productivity targets. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth by selling the exist services with all of the tools and the services that our company provides. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise of a air duct cleaning team. * Meet sales numbers requirements each month. * Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and the Company standards. * Perform and Inspect work done by the team to ensure standards and quality control. * Communicate with customers to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction. * Maintain records and ensure condition of jobs inventory, van and tools * Train new team members on air duct cleaning procedures and safety protocols * Maintain equipment and supplies * Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * 3-5 years of experience in air duct cleaning or related field * Leadership and supervisory experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Ability to work in a physically demanding environment * Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards * Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: - Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement along with many performance bonuses. - Comprehensive training and ongoing support. - A fun and friendly work environment. - Health insurance, Dental, Vision and other benefits after the probation period. - 401k Plan. - Gain valuable experience in the HVAC industry.
