About the Job Immediate need for a talented Sales Manager to handle the territory of Southern IL and Southern IN. This is a remote sales position with our home office located in Barrington, IL. Travel is required within your territory with occasional trips to Barrington. Please review the job description below and contact us ASAP if you are interested. Pay Range $60k - $100k + Commission including expense reimbursement for business travel. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Key Responsibilities Responsible for driving sales activity. This includes: - Refer to the RMB playbook for direction on plants we call on and principal's capabilities and target sales - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Learn about our principals and maintain knowledge on the products and services we offer. - Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers Our principals are here to support us with these activities Setting up site visits and trips with principals is required and help learn product knowledge - Maintain sales pipeline and document updates into HubSpot CRM. The inside team is always happy to help with this, especially while you are traveling. - Build relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Participate in territory review calls with RMB staff and RMB Team calls with principals - Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. - Effectively use tools such as HubSpot and Linkedin to meet sales goals. - Reference the RMB playbook for target equipment found in each type of plant and areas to focus efforts. - Act as the primary point of contact for our clients. - Take lead and ownership of our customers and opportunities. Team up with our principals only as needed such as if they have a history there. They are here to support us.
