Sales Application Project Engineer Morgan Hill, CA 95037 As the Sales Application Project Engineer , you will lead key customer accounts, manage design changes, oversee delivery requests, and drive innovation through cutting-edge product development--all while collaborating closely with the President and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. ARE YOU:

• AN EXPERT IN ENGAGING AND COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS. You engage clients confidently through clear presentations and effective negotiations, seamlessly transitioning between social and business conversations
• A PROACTIVE AND SELF-STARTER. You take the initiative to identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions independently after the initial shadowing process, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• DETAIL ORIENTED AND RESPONSIBLE. You take full responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized work environment and consistently go above and beyond, putting in extra effort when needed to ensure efficiency EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3+ years of progressive working experience within a technical component manufacturing environment or related industry such as medical, aerospace, or machining required with the last 2 years being in an Application Project Engineer or similar required
• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field required
• Project management experience with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams to deliver successful outcomes required
• Proficient in CAD, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT), and print reading to interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and communicate with engineering teams required
• Demonstrated ability to interact directly with customers to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and manage expectations required COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:
