Eagle Federal Credit Union's mission is to offer practical financial solutions to the community. We are seeking a Credit Union Account Specialist who is responsible for handling special accounts, disputes, and other back-office duties. This position is responsible for providing support to external and internal members, fielding inquiries, and fulfilling requests.

Responsibilities

:

• Review mobile deposits daily and extend or remove holds as necessary.
• Balance and submit imaged deposit files to the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Handle communications and filing of all transaction disputes.
• Handle payment systems and special account processing.
• Assist with vendor review process.
• Various other daily, weekly and monthly duties.

Qualifications

: Candidate must have the ability to be accurate, multi-tasked and organized, comfortable working within deadlines, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment and independently, when needed. This is a full-time position, working onsite in our accounting department in Baton Rouge. Previous experience in the financial industry is helpful, but not required.
