Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and effectively communicating our technology solutions to prospective clients. This position requires a blend of technical sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to meet client needs. Responsibilities * Source and qualify new leads through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of our technology solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account status. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and enhance customer experience. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings. * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Proven track record of winning new business in techcentric sales--ideally within SaaS or managed IT services (MSP) environments.. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client requirements. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Hubspot and Apollo or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results. * This position requires heavy travel to conventions, expos, events, and client locations.
