Our firm is a growing customer acquisition and sales firm in the Portland region. We are projected to double in size before the end of the year, and are in need of a Full-Time B2B Sales Trainee to help us with our expansion goals. The Entry Level B2B Sales Trainee position plays a crucial role in our team's ability to provide our clients with new customers and a positive brand image. B2B Sales Trainee Responsibilities: * Work with fellow team members to conduct targeted community outreach initiatives on behalf of our clients * Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients products and services to prospective customers * Ask the necessary questions to develop an understanding of each customer's individual needs and provide the best solutions for them * Assist new customers through the enrollment process * Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally * Track all sales and enrollment information B2B Sales Trainee Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * This is an entry level position, therefore no prior experience is required, however some experience in a customer facing role is a plus! * Comfortable working with a wide range of people and group sizes * Comfortable standing for long periods of time * Able to commute to our office on a daily basis * Able to work full time and start immediately Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,061.00 - $1,112.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
