We're on the lookout for a full time sales associate with evening availability at HIGH LIFE SMOKE SHOP in BURLINGTON , NC! This is a full time gig for closing shifts between 4pm and 11:15pm , adding up to 30-40 hours a week. *You gotta be 18 or older to apply. Pay starting at: $10/hour PLUS commission! We've got awesome UNCAPPED commission - the more you sell, the more you earn! You'll also get paid for your training hours, and they'll show up in your first paycheck. We want friendly, motivated folks who are ready to jump in and get to work! We take pride in delivering the best customer service in the biz and helping our customers find exactly what they need. After your two-week training, we expect you to keep learning about our products on your own! You'll be helping customers, keeping the store tidy and organized, handling transactions with our POS system, and doing day-to-day stuff like opening and closing the shop. - What we're looking for: Great customer service skills, good communication, and be a reliable team player.
