Sales & Scheduling Coordinator - Dispatching & B2B/B2C Sales Experience Required Are you an experienced dispatcher or Inside Sales Representative looking for a stable, full-time career with room for growth? Beehaven Inc., a well- established specialty construction company in Edmonds, WA, is hiring a Sales & Scheduling Coordinator. We need a proactive, organized professional with a strong background in dispatching, inside sales, and appointment coordination-- retail experience alone will not be considered. What You 'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing product information and booking consultations.
• Coordinate and optimize scheduling for estimates, consultations, and installations, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Manage inbound warm leads and guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
• Engage in phone-based consultative sales (no cold calling), educating customers on products and services.
• Dispatch and prioritize service and installation teams efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Assist showroom customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
• Utilize a CRM system (ServiceTitan preferred) to track customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups. What You 'll Get:

The right candidate will have: At least 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or scheduling (preferred). At least 1-2 years of B2B/B2C sales coordination (required), cashier/retail sales will not considered. A proven track record of success in a structured, process-driven environment. Strong phone communication and customer service skills--must be comfortable guiding conversations and closing sales, and making a minimum of 50 calls daily. Experience with a CRM system (ServiceTitan preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced role.
