National senior living service provider looking for a skilled field sales and territory manager to join our team as a Healthcare Account Executive. We need someone who understands the senior living space and feels confident reaching out to healthcare professionals in doctors' offices, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and rehab centers. If you're a self-starter who's motivated to succeed and ready to beat sales goals, this could be the right role for you! * Healthcare Account Executive Responsibilities: * Proactively reach out to potential referral partners through cold-calling * Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in the senior living space * Partner with the inside sales team to consistently exceed monthly sales targets Healthcare Account Executive Qualifications: * Seeking candidates with a stable work history--ideally no more than two roles in the past five years * Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas * This is a field-based role only--remote or inside sales experience will not be considered * Must have existing connections with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers in local hospitals and rehab facilities Healthcare Account Executive Benefits: * Competitive salary $90k * Strong bonus (up to 35% of base paid quarterly) * Comprehensive medical benefits * 401k At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
