Landscape Sales and Design Associate Are you passionate about creating outdoor spaces where families connect and memories are made? At Drake 's 7 Dees, we're looking for a Landscape Sales and Design Associate to join our team and turn leads into an impressive portfolio of stunning residential projects. You'll be the mastermind behind unique hardscapes, lush gardens, and spaces that inspire joy. What You 'll Be Doing: * Sales and Design Mastery : Develop and sell jaw-dropping outdoor designs, from patios to plantings, with a personal touch that makes every client feel like a VIP. * Create and Collaborate : Use your expertise in VectorWorks or AutoCAD to bring design ideas to life. Your creations will be functional, beautiful, and truly one-of-a-kind. * Lead Projects : Guide your designs from concept through to completion, working closely with estimating teams, construction crews, and subcontractors to ensure every project runs smoothly. * Client Whisperer : Be the trusted guide clients rely on to bring their dreams to life. You 've got the rare ability to sell high-end designs without ever sounding like a used car salesperson--just honest enthusiasm, sharp instincts, and a knack for getting people to say "yes" with a smile. What We 're Looking For: * 5+ years of experience in residential landscape design, ideally in a design-build environment. * Expertise in hardscape design, plant material, and Northwest horticulture. * Ability to create dazzling presentation drawings using VectorWorks or AutoCAD. * Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--so you can easily connect with clients, estimators, and your team. * A collaborative spirit who thrives working with both in-office and on-site teams. * Proven ability to achieve high sales volume with a strong track record of success in residential landscape design and build projects. How We Measure Success: * Your designs meet budgets and stay on time--minimal revisions, maximum wow-factor. * Clients rave about their experience with you (Google reviews don't lie!). * Projects flow smoothly, with compliments from production crews and satisfied clients alike. Location & Flexibility: You'll be based at our Scholls Ferry Rd. studio, with the option to work from home. We believe in a balance of collaboration and flexibility--so you'll need to attend meetings and connect with the team regularly.
