This role will involve working closely with Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in handling after-market products and spare parts orders. Responsibilities include order entry, preparing customer quotes, internal coordination, and customer follow-up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process sales orders, prepare and follow up on quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle and resolve complaints, provide technical and product information. Maintain customer and order information in ERP and CRM systems. * Update and maintain customer and order information within our ERP system and CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined workflow. * Collaborate with other departments and regional offices to ensure consistent service delivery and efficient order processing across different locations. Work with logistics, procurement, and technical support to ensure on-time delivery. * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to meeting customer needs. * Driven to achieve goals and perform well in both independent and team settings. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order processing and customer follow-up. * Collaborative and willing to work across multiple departments and locations to contribute to shared success. * Open to gaining knowledge of KONGSBERG Discovery products, systems, and services, and staying updated on industry developments. * Strong communication skills with a sensitivity to working in a diverse, multicultural environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * Technical background, preferably with underwater products or systems * Bachelor's degree or equal in a relevant field such as Oceanography, Marine Science or related * Familiarity with ERP systems and Customer Relationship Management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. * Ability to assess complex situations and find effective solutions for both customers and internal stakeholders. * Ability to thrive and remain composed in a fast-moving global environment, with a strong capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines. * Familiarity with KONGSBERG Discovery products, systems, and services is a plus. * A strong understanding of the technical aspects of underwater mapping products, hydrography, or marine technologies is an advantage PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a benefit. Pay Range: $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
