Description: Industrial Valve Sales and Service is seeking a highly motivated and results- driven Oil & Gas Account Manager to drive sales growth, and establish new customer relationships in the valve, actuation, and service markets. This role requires expertise in sales strategy, contract negotiation, market analysis, and customer service within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management and after-sales support. * Key Responsibilities: * Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and secure new accounts while expanding business with existing customers to achieve sales targets. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. * Order Management: Oversee the entire order process, from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. * Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities. * Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
