Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
• Engage with customers to promote products through effective upselling techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Skills
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong upselling abilities to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
• Familiarity with product demos to effectively showcase merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers.
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members in a retail setting.
