This is a great opportunity to help grow a company regularly recognized as a Rochester Top 100 business while growing your own skills as well. Your primary responsibility is helping us continue to grow our e-commerce sales. We have some great new products and accessories to offer a large and loyal customer base. Responsibilities: * Confirm and process inbound opportunities: Our customers share online carts with us. You will review them, confirm details with the customer, and enter the orders. * Educate customers on our website: You will host webcasts / Zooms for groups or individual customers to demonstrate our website and encourage them to use it to place orders. * Renew loyalty program memberships: You will reach out to customers with expiring loyalty program memberships via email and phone and encourage them to renew the memberships. * Proactively reach out to customers: Using our CRM system, email, and phone you will reach out to customers to encourage them to purchase our e-commerce products.
